HOW WE WORK:
Purpose Possible consultants function like staff, work mostly remotely and alleviate the burdens associated with a permanent headcount.
Turnover in professional staff fundraisers still averages 14-18 months nationally, and our clients appreciate the continuity and client-focused care that Purpose Possible provides.
A member of our senior team is assigned to be your primary contact, manage the administrative and stewardship calendars, create content for the client's review, and prepare all final materials.
Transparency and accountability are core values, so you’ll get recap notes from regular check-in calls, a detailed monthly activity report, and also check-ins from your assigned Director of Client Services to keep an open line of communication and ensure client satisfaction.
For ongoing support, retainer relationships are recommended. This provides fixed costs for the client, and the ability for the hours worked each month to flex and wane based on the overall activities.
