Susannah Darrow, CFRE
Founding Partner, Vision + Strategy
Susannah has worked with mission-based organizations across the Southeast for over 15 years to support organizational strategy, program development, and fundraising for nonprofit and for-profit companies across sectors. Susannah currently serves as the District 2 Arts and Culture Advisor to Atlanta City Councilmember Amir Farokhi and was selected by the Atlanta Business Chronicle for their coveted 40 Under 40 List for 2021. She served as the Co-Chair of the LEAD Atlanta Class of 2019, was a member of LEAD Atlanta in 2016, and participated in the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Regional Leadership Institute (2016) and Arts Leaders of Metro Atlanta.
Laura Moody
Founding Partner, Marketing + Business Development
Laura's experience at the intersection of purpose and people has placed her at the forefront of mission-focused communication and community engagement strategies. Prior to co-founding Purpose Possible, she held Development and Community Engagement positions with the Midtown Alliance, Savannah College of Art & Design, and the City of Atlanta’s Office of Cultural Affairs. Laura was elected Communications Co-Chair of the Corporate Volunteer Council of Atlanta in 2023 and was named a Fellow of the Georgia Women’s Policy Institute for 2021-2022. She is also a graduate of the Urban Land Institute's Center for Leadership Class of 2016.

Starsha brings a visionary perspective to small business and nonprofit organizational development that integrates collaborative leadership with crucial stakeholder engagement to maximize organizational effectiveness. She specializes in assisting BIPOC-led grassroots organizations in strategic organizational design, program design, fundraising, and development strategy.
