Andrew Jones has ten years of experience writing, developing, and managing grants for nonprofit organizations. Most recently, Andrew spent three years as the manager of grants development at Durham Technical Community College, one of North Carolina’s fifty-eight community colleges. Prior to this, he spent nearly six years with two healthcare industry-focused consultancies, helping federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) across the country secure and maintain large-scale grants primarily from government sources. He also served as the grants administrator for Family Service of the Piedmont, a social services agency in North Carolina’s Triad region. Over his career, Andrew has led and supported pre- and post-award activities on hundreds of grant projects.
Andrew is a lifelong resident of North Carolina and resides in Durham with his family.
Andrew has worked with: Durham Technical Community College, Family Service of the Piedmont, Communities in Schools, Executive Service Corps of the Triangle, Fund for Democratic Communities, among others.
