She is a collaborative leader with demonstrated success working with communities, donors, businesses, and foundations to move missions forward. Known for her work ethic, integrity and solution-oriented outlook, Blair is passionate about a strategic, data-driven approach to fundraising and specializes designing workflow, campaigns and programs to maximize efficiency and resources.

Blair lives in the Oakhurst neighborhood of Decatur with her husband, where she raises three children, tends a large organic garden, and cares for many, many pets.
