Hayden Brooks

Director of OPERATIONS


For more than a decade Hayden Brooks has served as a consultant in the fields of politics and non-profits–with a focus on campaign management, campaign fundraising and non-profit development, policy-making, and constituent services. He has served as the Chief of Staff to multiple legislators in both the state house and senate and has managed political campaigns across Georgia. As Chief of Staff, Hayden operated as the chief policy advisor with an emphasis on education, health care, and social justice. He has a history of working with regional and state-wide non-profits who have a tremendous impact on society and tout long-term success.

In his spare time Hayden likes to read and create his own wooden furniture. He lives in Cartersville with his wife, Carrie, and their three children.


Hayden has worked with: Georgia Council on Economic Education, Canopy Atlanta, Truist Foundation, Georgians for a Healthy Future, John Lewis Task Force, and Roots Down, to name a few.
