Mindy Schweitzer-Rawls

Director of Fundraising Services

Mindy Schweitzer-Rawls specializes in designing and executing fundraising, communications, and community development strategies. As a former facilitator of compassionate care and empathic connection training, Mindy organically infuses these refined soft skills into her work and client interactions. During a 14-year residency in San Francisco, Mindy served as a board member for Help Each Other Out and the Girls on the Run of the Bay Area associate board. Mindy worked with residents and San Francisco leadership (including Vice President Kamala Harris!) as part of a community-based coalition that established a public safe passage program in San Francisco’s most complex neighborhood.

In her free time, Mindy attempts to keep up with her two boys and puppy. She enjoys visiting Georgia national parks, reacquainting herself with southern treasures, and feeding her artistic cravings.

Mindy has worked with: Atlanta Land Trust, Wesley International Academy, 21st Century Leaders, Nicholas House, Endwell, Southern Jewish Resource Network for Gender and Sexual Diversity, and others.
