Nasim M. Fluker is the founder and principal of Thrd Space, a consulting firm that helps organizations forge meaningful community partnerships and build the capacity to execute their missions. She has a passion for equitable community development. Nasim is driven by a desire to help others by leveraging resources that preserve and develop existing community assets while attracting new investments. Prior to founding Thrd Space, Nasim was the Director of Programs at the Westside Future Fund.

Prior to her work at the Westside Future Fund, Nasim was the Program Manager at the Atlanta Committee for Progress, supporting its economic development priorities. While completing her graduate work, Nasim studied health outcomes in underserved communities and developed health promotion programs from an intersectional, equity lens. She holds an M.A. in Sociology from Georgia State University and a B.A. in International Development from American University. Nasim is a graduate of Lead Atlanta (2016). She lives in Smyrna with her husband, Clint, and son, Zayn.
