Natalia is a storyteller, strategist, communicator, and artist who has experience working in the arts & culture nonprofit sector in Atlanta. Born in Bogotá, Colombia and raised in Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Panama, Natalia brings a multilingual and multicultural perspective to the work she engages with. She is invested in creative placemaking, community engagement, ethical development, and innovative storytelling. With extensive experience in organizational development, public humanities, literary translation, and qualitative research, Natalia is interested in finding creative solutions to strategic problems, and fostering ways to rebuild structures that benefit historically marginalized communities.
Natalia has worked with: the National Association of Latino Arts & Cultures, Atlanta BeltLine, Inc, City of Atlanta Council District 2, Atlanta Regional Commission, We Love Buford Highway, Latin American Association, and Fox Center for Humanistic Inquiry, among others
