Taylor Johnson
Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences and a Master of Science in Leadership Development both earned from the University of Florida. Prior to working with grassroot, for-good organizations, she was an Associate Director of Development for the University of Florida Foundation for three and a half years during which she raised $1.7 million toward essential programs, student scholarships, and capital projects. Since 2020, Taylor has been walking alongside for-good organizations to help develop and implement strategies that elevate community engagement and generosity.
She joined the Purpose Possible team in 2022 to continue working with organizations to overcome the roadblocks that prevent them from making their purpose possible. She also serves as the chair of the Board of Directors for 127 Worldwide.

Monique Parker
Monique is a mother, entrepreneur and strategist with a heart for philanthropy and knocking down systems of oppression to create true equity. In her past career she served in the tech industry as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategist with a focus on talent attraction, retention and promotion.
Currently, Monique is the CEO of Blow Candle Co., a candle and home fragrance studio located in Leander, Texas, She is also the founder of Little Bit of Good, a capacity building accelerator program for Black-led organizations in Texas. Through Little Bit of Good, Monique is working to equip Black leaders with the tools and resources necessary to plan strategically, scale their missions and obtain greater access to major funders and foundations.
