In 2019, VIA Art Fund and Wagner Foundation partnered to establish a five-year, $1 million Incubator Grant Fund. The fund aims to build a robust and inclusive national arts ecosystem by awarding unrestricted funding to small-scale nonprofit organizations throughout the United States. Grants are awarded in the amount of $40,000 for two years of general operating support, dispersed in two $20,000 installments.
